A bit about me as the Business owner;

Stroud Accountancy & Taxation Services has been trading since May 2016 after much thought and planning.

I've worked in accountancy practices since 2000, and have gained a wealth of experience dealing with all matters of tax and accountancy that concern the small business.

I'm down to earth and flexible, having been involved in managing other people's business's I am a strong believer in being direct and efficient. I'm always happy to talk to my clients and it's good to keep in touch, how much contact we have is very much up to the client and your business needs. My approach is practical because I like to see things get done.

 

I trained at Sutton Dipple in the days of Audits and became ACCA qualified whilst working there. I also achieved a 1st, BSc (hons) degree in Applied accountancy from Oxford brooks by correspondence whilst training.

 

Prior to starting SATs I was the compliance Services manager at Price Davis for 7 years, before which I was a client manager. In this role I was fully responsible for the planning and delivery of all our compliance services and generally being a key contact to clients.

 

Further back when I was younger I worked hard in hotels progressing to duty manager and I travelled.

 

Many of my family also run their own business's so I do understand the pressure and challenges my clients encounter and also I have taken the choice to do the same.
